Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Delivery Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake activities and ensure efficient progression from request through delivery
• Act as a central coordination point between business partners and delivery teams
• Track operational metrics and provide insights for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-5 years of experience in IT coordination, delivery operations, or related role
• Solid understanding of SDLC and IT delivery practices
• Experience supporting intake processes and coordinating workflows
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills
