A company is looking for an IT Delivery Resource Manager to oversee project success and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate project and software delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Manage IT capacity planning and optimize resource allocation for project demands
• Plan and execute deployment strategies, ensuring timely project deliveries and risk mitigation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology-driven environment
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agile Certification preferred, with 2-3 years in agile/waterfall environments
• Proven expertise in capacity planning and resource optimization
• Hands-on experience with Jira (admin-level), Microsoft Office tools, and Smartsheet
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams in agile methodologies
