• Oversee and drive the successful delivery of a portfolio of programs and projects on scope, budget, and time
• Develop and maintain a high-performing team through effective hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and optimize delivery of technologies through continuous improvement of processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Program/Project Management and/or Application Management
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Financial Services
• Minimum 5 years of process improvement or transformation experience
