IT Demand Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Demand Analyst II to assist business stakeholders in driving demand generation plans and managing project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Document current and future demand for supported services and provide forecasts to leadership
• Analyze demand data to identify trends and measure forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business case analyses for projects and services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 - 4 years of related experience, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Tableau, and Agile Testing
• Portfolio Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience in project management
• Ability to work independently and seek knowledge in the area of specialty
