Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first level support for PC's/Laptops, Tablets, Video Conferencing Hardware, and printers for Corporate Remote workers
  • Troubleshoot problems, set up new accounts, adjust permissions on applications, set up new systems, and decommission old equipment
  • Support rapid growth through various tasks and project work

Required Qualifications:
  • Available to work Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm Pacific Time
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, with MacOS and Android OS preferred
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management software and Cloud Hosted applications
  • Comfortable working with Cloud Provider Support (Google, Slack, etc)
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
