Job Summary

To support a strategic application modernization initiative, the contract IT Developer will work remotely to migrate legacy applications from LUW databases to SQL Server, design database schemas, and enhance Java-based applications using Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities

• Support modernization and migration of legacy applications from LUW databases to SQL Server
• Design and define database schemas and table structures in collaboration with database administration teams
• Develop and enhance Java-based applications and modernize front-end user interfaces using Angular and other frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Strong Java development experience
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, including schema and data structure design
• Front-end development experience, preferably with Angular
• Ability to work independently and engage proactively with stakeholders across multiple teams
