IT Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT to oversee IT for the central service department in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure IT systems, networks, and data storage are secure and compliant with regulations like HIPAA and GDPR
• Develop and implement long-term IT strategies that support clinical trials and data management
• Lead the IT team, manage budgets, and collaborate with vendors to deliver high-quality IT services

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of infrastructure leadership experience overseeing project delivery infrastructure projects
• Experience with Cloud, CI/CD, and Ansible or Chef
• Experience managing a team of at least 4 people across different locations
• Experience with disaster recovery and security remediation
• Bachelor's degree preferred
