Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT to lead their Business Technology Services team in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals and global technology standards
• Oversee performance and resilience of IT systems while ensuring compliance with SLAs and ITIL practices
• Manage the Business Technology Services budget and negotiate vendor contracts

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience in managing enterprise-scale infrastructure in a SaaS or software development environment
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing global operations
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification required; PMP, CISSP, or cloud certifications preferred
