Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current IT environment and develop an AI-forward improvement plan
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the IT roadmap, including in-house versus service provider functions
• Support IT infrastructure management and employee onboarding/offboarding processes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in internal IT at cloud-native technology companies
• Proven expertise in managing vendor relationships and elevating IT maturity
• Experience with cloud-based software solutions and enterprise access management
• Familiarity with heterogeneous device platforms (Mac, Windows, Linux, Android/iOS)
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
