Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT to lead and manage IT operations and services while ensuring a secure and efficient technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term roadmap for IT Operations and IT Services, focusing on business growth
• Own the strategy for Cloud Identity & Access Management and collaborate with AI teams to architect secure infrastructures
• Lead IT security compliance efforts and manage incident response protocols for operational resilience

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure/operations, with 3+ years in a management role
• Strong foundation in identity and access management, preferably with Okta or equivalent
• Experience in managing endpoint security and network architecture
• Working knowledge of compliance requirements like NIST CSF and SOC 2
• Familiarity with scripting, API tools, and IT automation workflows
