Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of IT to oversee internal technology operations and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own internal IT outcomes across uptime, user experience, issue triage, and incident response
• Manage and coordinate outside technology vendors, including MSP, MSSP, and Salesforce
• Build and maintain an IT roadmap aligned with company growth, compliance, and operational priorities

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive technology experience
• At least 3 years in an IT leadership, ownership, or management role
• Experience managing vendors, MSPs, MSSPs, or major technology partners
• Salesforce experience is required
• Experience in a regulated or compliance-adjacent environment such as legal or financial services
