IT Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT to lead a team responsible for cloud-based IT infrastructure in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT service delivery for a distributed workforce, ensuring high performance and user satisfaction
• Oversee IT security initiatives and collaborate with the CISO on operational controls
• Manage and develop a team of IT professionals while tracking and reporting on IT performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT infrastructure or operations, with at least 4 years in a management role
• Experience in a remote-first environment and familiarity with multi-country workforces
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration and ITSM platforms, preferably Jira
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in AI and automation tools, including experience with scripting languages
