Job Summary

Leading IT operations in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Director of Information Technology will manage the company's application landscape, drive automation initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency while supporting a distributed workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations and manage the company's SaaS portfolio, ensuring effective governance and provisioning
• Define and execute a roadmap for IT maturity, focusing on deploying AI-assisted tools to automate core workflows
• Provide leadership to IT Systems Admins and Help Desk staff while developing and managing the corporate IT budget

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in leadership roles within fast-growing technology companies
• Proven track record of leveraging automation and AI to enhance operational efficiency
• Experience managing a broad portfolio of business applications and vendor relationships
• Strong command of identity and access management and familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2
• Experience supporting a remote-first, international workforce
