Job Summary

Leading a dynamic IT organization, the full-time remote IT Director will manage Helpdesk, endpoint engineering, enterprise identity, core productivity applications, corporate networking, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence and a superior employee technology experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the IT organization across various functions including Helpdesk, endpoint engineering, and corporate cloud infrastructure
• Own the employee technology experience by setting service levels, measuring response times, and driving continuous improvement
• Modernize and automate the IT operating model to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes through innovative solutions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of IT or corporate infrastructure experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles spanning multiple IT functions
• Strong technical expertise in modern IT stack components such as Okta, Jamf, Intune, and enterprise networking
• Proven track record of improving employee experience and operational metrics in a customer-focused environment
• Experience operating in security- and compliance-focused environments, partnering with security teams on governance and audit readiness
• Ability to navigate and lead through organizational change and evolving priorities effectively
