IT Director

Job Summary

Overseeing the company's IT strategy and infrastructure, the full-time IT Director will manage the outsourced Managed Service Provider relationship, ensure IT readiness for new infusion center openings, and maintain compliance with healthcare IT security standards in a remote role.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the company's outsourced MSP relationship, including performance and strategic initiatives
• Lead IT readiness and deployment for new infusion center openings, coordinating project timelines and vendor support
• Own enterprise IT operational processes and ensure compliance with HIPAA and cybersecurity standards

Required qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of IT management or infrastructure experience
• Prior experience managing third-party MSP relationships and outsourced IT environments
• Experience supporting multi-site operations and/or rapid growth environments
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare IT security compliance frameworks
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent center launches
