Job Summary

Leading the technology function in a remote full-time capacity, the IT Director will manage IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity while ensuring alignment with business priorities and supporting team development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations and change management to ensure reliable and secure technology systems
• Define enterprise architecture and data strategy to support scalable solutions and governance
• Translate business needs into an IT roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and risk

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in enterprise technology or digital operations
• Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing IT teams
• Experience in defining and executing IT strategies aligned with business priorities
• Strong understanding of vendor management, contracts, and technology spend optimization
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management frameworks
