IT Director

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise process intelligence program, the full-time IT Director will manage the Process Mining Center of Excellence, drive process re-engineering initiatives, and promote AI-enabled process intelligence in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and operate the Process Mining Center of Excellence, defining governance and prioritization frameworks
• Own and scale the object-centric Process Mining program, ensuring data fidelity and integration across enterprise processes
• Lead cross-functional process re-engineering initiatives, applying methodologies to optimize and standardize processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years in business transformation or consulting, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with Celonis or similar process mining platforms
• Proficiency in SQL/PQL and experience with cloud data platforms
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum), BPMN 2.0, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
