IT Director

Job Summary

To build and lead the technology function for a remote-first, multi-location organization, the full-time salaried Director of IT will set the vision for IT infrastructure, security posture, and internal systems while collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the IT strategy and roadmap, aligning technology investments with business growth and operational priorities
• Build and continuously improve IT operations, including device and user lifecycle management and access governance
• Define and drive the company's cybersecurity posture, ensuring security and compliance keep pace with headcount growth

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including ownership of IT strategy in a distributed or multi-location environment
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, Azure AD, and MDM solutions
• Experience owning ERP or CRM platform strategy, with NetSuite experience as a strong plus
• Strong grasp of network architecture, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls
• Demonstrated ability to manage budget, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
