IT Director

Job Summary

Managing a small remote team, the full-time salaried IT Director will define IT strategy, oversee corporate IT assets, and ensure compliance while supporting a cloud-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define IT strategy in collaboration with company leadership
• Manage and operate all corporate IT assets, including the IT Help Desk
• Participate in PCI DSS compliance efforts and partner with InfoSec to secure IT assets

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in IT, with 3-5 years in formal leadership roles
• Experience supporting a remote workforce in a cloud-first environment
• Proficiency in managing ticketing systems, identity providers, and inventory management systems
• Experience with Windows, MacOS, and Linux workstations and servers
• Familiarity with running Patch Management programs and managing IT budgets
