Job Summary

To provide strategic leadership and oversight for technology solutions supporting Credit Administration, the full-time remote IT Director, Credit Administration will manage technology strategy, application portfolios, and operational excellence while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive modernization and efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for Credit Administration platforms
  • Oversee the successful delivery of technology initiatives and manage technology portfolios and budgets
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and customer experience
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Information Technology, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with enterprise applications and technology delivery
  • Experience leading technology teams in lending, credit administration, or related financial services
  • Proven track record managing large-scale technology portfolios and strategic initiatives
  • Strong understanding of software development, enterprise architecture, and data management practices
