IT Disaster Recovery Director
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, IT Disaster Recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans for critical IT systems
- Coordinate and oversee the disaster recovery test lifecycle, including planning and execution
- Provide training and awareness programs on disaster recovery protocols to IT staff and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, business continuity, or disaster recovery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Passion for contributing to a team focused on transforming disaster recovery practices
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., DRII, CBCP) preferred
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is a plus
