Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, IT Disaster Recovery - GRC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage disaster recovery compliance efforts, including data management and regulatory reporting
• Oversee audit response activities and ensure readiness for regulatory audits
• Administer and develop the ServiceNow Disaster Recovery module and manage related program training

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, business continuity, or disaster recovery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Passion for contributing to a team focused on transforming disaster recovery and continuous improvement
