Job Summary

Leading a team of IT professionals, the full-time Supervisor, IT Distribution Operations will manage daily application support and system enhancements for energy distribution operations while overseeing the department budget and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team providing daily application support and enhancements for energy distribution operations
• Oversee and manage the department budget to ensure effective resource allocation and cost control
• Identify and resolve operational issues by implementing sustainable technology solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience equaling 10 years
• At least 6 years of progressively responsible experience in IT support or application teams
• Experience managing budgets and technology resources effectively
• Demonstrated leadership skills in developing and guiding technical teams
• Proven experience in the development and integration of information systems applications
