IT Enablement Manager

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the fully remote Manager, IT Enablement will identify inefficiencies and build technology-driven solutions across IT Support, Business Applications, and Product Support, focusing on automation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to reduce manual work and improve process efficiency
• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
• Design and build automation and AI-driven solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, business operations, or consulting
• Hands-on experience with automation and integration tools such as Zapier, Workato, or Power Automate
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes
• Familiarity with business systems like CRM, HRIS, and support platforms
