Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, IT End User Services (Remote).

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5-8 years of related work experience and 1-3 years of supervisory/management experience required
• Customer-centric mindset with a track record of expanding responsibilities in End User Services
• Advanced technical computer skills specific to the functional area and related systems
• ITIL certification preferred
