Job Summary
Leading the day-to-day delivery and operational support of enterprise end-user computing services, the full-time IT End User Support Client Engineering Manager will supervise client engineering and support activities, focusing on device lifecycle management, endpoint configuration, and service improvement initiatives across a global enterprise environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily end user support and client engineering operations to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
- Lead endpoint lifecycle management activities, including provisioning, deployment, and decommissioning of devices
- Drive continuous improvement in end user computing services through automation, standardization, and operational process enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience in end user support, desktop engineering, or workplace technology roles in a corporate environment
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity supporting technical teams
- Strong experience supporting Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, and enterprise productivity applications
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management and software deployment platforms such as Microsoft Intune or SCCM
