Job Summary
Connecting business demand with IT delivery execution, the remote IT Engagement Coordinator will manage intake requests, facilitate cross-functional coordination, and track operational metrics to enhance workflow efficiency and transparency.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for Digital/IT intake requests, ensuring clear definition and appropriate routing
- Act as a central coordination point between business partners and delivery teams, supporting delivery readiness and identifying workflow gaps
- Track operational metrics and develop reporting views to enhance transparency and support decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-5 years of experience in IT coordination, delivery operations, or intake/workflow management
- Solid understanding of SDLC and IT delivery practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and identify bottlenecks
- Ability to build relationships across business and IT stakeholders
