IT Engagement Coordinator

Job Summary

Serving as a critical connector between business partners and IT delivery teams, the remote IT Engagement Coordinator will manage intake processes, support workflow management, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate intake activities and coordinate the flow of work from request through delivery, ensuring clarity and accuracy of requests
• Act as a key coordination point between business partners and delivery teams, promoting collaboration and alignment across initiatives
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of operational metrics while identifying trends and recommending solutions for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience in IT delivery operations, project coordination, or related roles
• Experience within software delivery environments and supporting cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other modern delivery methodologies is preferred
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and delivery practices
