IT Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Driving engagement across the IT organization, the full-time remote IT Engagement Specialist will deliver actionable communications and enablement content, translating complex initiatives into concise updates while supporting metrics and training to enhance understanding of IT services and changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT communications strategy aligned with IT's strategic roadmap
• Support organizational change initiatives through structured communication planning and execution
• Create and maintain internal IT communications content, ensuring clarity and consistency across all channels

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT communications or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• ITIL Foundation certification or similar IT Service Management credential
• Exceptional data visualization and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
