Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Engineer (Hybrid) to enhance its technology experience and manage IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Own and improve M365, Entra ID, and Intune environments for secure and high-performing services
Lead IT projects and simplify corporate cloud infrastructure by decommissioning unnecessary components
Act as a technical escalation point and mentor IT Support Engineers, ensuring high-quality support delivery

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or similar roles
Strong experience managing M365, Entra ID, and Intune environments
Advanced knowledge of macOS and Windows desktop/server environments
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
Experience managing cloud infrastructure in AWS and/or Azure
