Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware
- Support and maintain critical SaaS tools and troubleshoot hardware
- Collaborate to provision laptops for new hire onboarding and training
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in IT Engineering for a technology company with at least 500-1000 employees
- Deep knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, JIRA, Confluence, or similar cloud providers
- Prior demonstrated success supporting Apple systems and software
- Working knowledge of script execution and troubleshooting
- Previous experience with mobile device management tools
