IT Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Engineer to manage day-to-day IT operations and support a team of approximately 150 employees and 50 contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations including technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and proper access management
• Administer and optimize SaaS tools and build automations to streamline IT processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration roles
• Broad technical knowledge across IT operations, including endpoint management and SaaS administration
• Hands-on experience with multiple platforms from the tech stack or similar tools
• Demonstrated ability to create automations and integrations that improve efficiency
• Experience with user access management and basic information security practices
