IT Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Engineer who will focus on automating IT processes and providing operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational support including devices, SaaS administration, access management, and troubleshooting
• Develop and maintain automation for access provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and support workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering projects and document processes as they are developed

Required Qualifications

• Experience with macOS device management and MDM
• Proficiency in SaaS platform administration and identity provider management
• Knowledge of SSO, SAML, and SCIM configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience with access lifecycle management, including onboarding and offboarding
• Ability to script and automate processes effectively
