IT Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the growing use of data, the full-time remote IT Engineer will manage the employee technology experience, oversee the MacBook fleet, and automate user lifecycle management while collaborating with analytics and product engineering teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the employee technology experience in a primarily Mac environment, addressing issues and enhancing productivity
• Manage the full MacBook fleet, including procurement, provisioning, inventory, and hardware refresh
• Administer Okta and identity lifecycle management, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes

Required qualifications:

• 4-6 years of IT experience in a technology company with a service-oriented mindset
• Hands-on MDM experience managing a MacOS fleet, including Apple Business Manager and zero-touch provisioning
• Solid Okta administration skills, including SSO, MFA, and Lifecycle Management
• Strong scripting and automation skills in languages such as Bash or Python
• Familiarity with secure network access platforms and strong network troubleshooting skills
