IT Engineer

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day IT requests, the hybrid IT Engineer will provide support for geographically distributed end-users, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with various internal teams to scale IT resources and applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide support across multiple time zones, responding to tickets and troubleshooting issues for end-users
• Manage endpoint and hardware inventory, including provisioning and de-provisioning employee access
• Partner with Security to ensure compliance with standards such as SOC 2 and FedRAMP

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of IT support experience
• Experience supporting and deploying macOS, iPadOS, and Windows systems in a business environment
• Familiarity with application packaging, deployment, and identity management services
• Proficiency with scripting languages (shell and/or Python)
• Experience working in a distributed company environment
