IT Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance a modern IT infrastructure, the full-time IT Engineer will design scalable processes for device management, provide technical support for internal teams, and continuously upgrade hardware and software to ensure a seamless work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable processes for zero-touch deployment and remote management of company devices
• Serve as the primary technical support contact, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues
• Continuously evaluate and upgrade hardware and software to provide premium tools for employees

Required qualifications

• Professional experience as a System Administrator, Cloud Administrator, or in a comparable IT support role
• Comfortable working within a modern, cloud-first infrastructure with knowledge of distributed environments
• Experience with JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and SAML/SSO authentication is a strong plus
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Fluency in English and experience working in an international team environment
