IT Engineer

Job Summary

To support global expansion, the full-time remote IT Engineer will build and manage device infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient systems while serving as the primary technical resource for team members.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate device and application management, including MDM administration and provisioning experience
• Manage access and security by developing device management policies and overseeing compliance tools
• Automate and streamline onboarding processes to ensure timely access to necessary resources for new team members

Required qualifications

• Experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role with troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
• Practical knowledge of device management systems and compliance monitoring tools
• Experience with automation for onboarding and IT processes
• Familiarity with device networking concepts and management
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing device logistics across multiple locations
