IT Engineer
Job Summary
Owning identity and access engineering, the full-time remote IT Engineer will manage systems in Okta, Workspace ONE, and Google Workspace, while building automation to streamline IT processes and serve as a technical escalation point for complex issues.
Key responsibilities
- Own identity and access engineering in Okta, including SSO configuration and lifecycle automation
- Run endpoint engineering across a macOS-first fleet in Workspace ONE, focusing on provisioning and compliance reporting
- Administer Google Workspace and Slack at scale, managing user lifecycle and governance patterns
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in IT engineering, IT operations, systems administration, or identity engineering
- Experience administering Okta or a comparable identity provider
- Hands-on experience with modern MDM Workspace ONE or equivalent
- Strong Google Workspace administration and knowledge of macOS endpoints
- Proven ability to build or improve operational workflows and automation
