Job Summary
Supporting the Firm's enterprise technology environment, the full-time remote IT Engineer Applications will manage core business applications, ensure their effective operation, and collaborate with various teams to enhance technology investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary technical resource for core business applications, ensuring security and reliability
- Partner with business teams to provide advanced application support and troubleshoot complex issues
- Plan and coordinate application upgrades, testing, and maintenance activities to ensure system stability
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting and administering enterprise applications in a corporate or professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server, and enterprise application environments
- Experience with application databases, scripting, and enterprise technologies, including SQL and PowerShell
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
