Job Summary

Leading a dynamic IT Engineering team, the full-time remote IT Engineering Lead will oversee technical operations, manage security protocols, and ensure productivity across endpoints and SaaS tools while balancing hands-on work with mentoring and project planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the IT Engineering team, focusing on project planning and hiring
• Collaborate with Security and Operations teams to maintain secure endpoints, networks, and SaaS tools
• Implement automation and compliance measures for enterprise-scale IT systems

Required qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring an IT Engineering or Technical Operations team
• Strong background in IT Engineering or Technical Operations with an automation-first mindset
• Proficiency in identity and access management technologies (e.g., SAML, SCIM, OIDC)
• Expertise in Mobile Device Management tooling across a device fleet
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for automating IT security tasks
