Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Engineering Manager - Engineering Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce engineering governance policies, ensuring compliance with coding standards and documentation practices
• Lead and mentor a team of 5-12 software engineers, focusing on the development of reusable components and libraries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of direct people management experience
• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience in agile software development and continuous improvement concepts
• Proven experience in engineering leadership roles within large-scale enterprise environments
