IT Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Engineering Manager (Endpoint Engineering).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers, setting clear expectations and building individual growth plans
• Define and maintain the Client Platform Engineering roadmap and establish a prioritization framework for projects
• Guide the architecture and long-term strategy for the endpoint platform, promoting automation and infrastructure-as-code practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering or corporate IT engineering, with a focus on macOS device management
• 2+ years of people management or technical leadership experience
• Proficiency in scripting and automation in Bash and at least one additional language (Python preferred)
• Experience building and running programs from scratch, establishing KPIs and prioritization processes
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to endpoint security
