Key responsibilities
- Own integrations, automation, and AI-native workflows across Core IT, enhancing operational efficiency
- Manage a globally distributed engineering team, setting technical direction and unifying the team's roadmap
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities that eliminate manual work across the organization
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or automation engineering, with 3+ years in a management role
- Experience managing a globally distributed engineering team across multiple time zones
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation and orchestration tools, as well as building integrations across enterprise systems
- Proficient in Python/JavaScript, with the ability to guide developers on CI/CD and best practices
- A track record of setting technical direction and managing a shared roadmap for a team
