Leading a team responsible for enterprise storage and backup services, the full-time salaried IT Enterprise Storage Supervisor will ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of critical technology systems while collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders to support business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise storage and backup services
• Guide incident response and recovery efforts to minimize disruption and maintain business continuity
• Develop and mentor a skilled technical team to enhance the delivery of storage, backup, recovery, and data protection services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Five years of relevant experience in enterprise storage, backup, recovery, or infrastructure operations
• Strong technical knowledge of storage platforms, backup technologies, and data protection solutions
• Experience working with vendors and stakeholders to deliver reliable technology services
