IT Enterprise Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Work through complex issues to find solutions and actionable system requirements
• Design, document, update, and configure systems based on business requirements
• Maintain system performance and enhance incident response processes

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related IT field
• 3+ years of experience in IT supporting product/engineering functions and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Google Workspace, Atlassian cloud, and Contact Center Administration
• Familiarity with Single Sign-On/SAML solutions like Okta or ADFS
• Experience in defining internal practices and building telephony systems
