IT Field Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Field Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of field service technicians
• Plan and coordinate field service activities including installations, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance tasks
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business management and stakeholders to understand their IT requirements and expectations

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with computer systems in a corporate IT environment
• 2+ years experience in IT field services management and 3+ years experience as a Field Services Tech or similar role
• Healthcare IT and/or radiation oncology systems preferred
• CS/CIS/MIS degree and/or equivalent technical training or 4+ years of relevant enterprise IT experience considered in lieu of education
• 4+ years supporting systems and applications in a large LAN/WAN environment
