IT Financial Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a Navy client onsite in Pensacola, FL, the full-time IT Financial Business Analyst will prepare and monitor IT Purchase Requests, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide procurement status updates while ensuring alignment with budget and technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and monitor IT Purchase Requests while maintaining accurate records for audit and reporting purposes
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate procurement needs, tracking approval workflows and status updates
• Collaborate with financial analysts and IT teams to align purchases with budgetary constraints and technical specifications

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain active Secret Clearance
• Three years of professional experience in acquisition support, including preparing procurement packages
• Experience in conducting market research and acquiring vendor quotes
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and charts
• Strong independent work ethic with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
