IT Financial Systems Director

Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction for financial technology solutions, the full-time remote IT Financial Systems Director will manage system implementations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the IT strategy for the finance function, collaborating with various teams to align with business objectives
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of financial systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Build and manage a team of IT professionals to support finance and billing applications, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in finance and reporting technologies
• Proven track record in leading enterprise-level system implementations
• Experience managing teams and developing talent in a large enterprise organization
• Deep understanding of financial systems architecture and major ERP platforms
