IT Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Generalist who provides multi-tier technical support and administers key enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support (Tier 1-3) for hardware, software, and operating systems, including troubleshooting and escalation of complex issues
• Assist with the configuration and administration of enterprise applications such as SIS, CRM, and LMS, managing user accounts and permissions
• Participate in cross-training, technology implementation projects, and provide training and support to faculty, staff, and students on supported technologies

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; bachelor's preferred
• Three years of combined experience in IT support, systems administration, or application support
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
• Experience configuring or supporting enterprise applications such as SIS, CRM, LMS, or similar systems
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
