IT Governance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Governance & Process Analyst (100% Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation and generate reports on incident trends, RCA findings, and project handover materials
• Ensure IT processes align with internal policies and regulatory requirements while supporting change management
• Analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and develop governance reports and dashboards for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Compliance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in process documentation, compliance, governance, or business analysis
• Familiarity with frameworks like ITIL, COBIT, or ISO 27001
• Experience in regulated industries (i.e., finance, healthcare, government) preferred
• Knowledge of workflow or service management tools (i.e., Jira, ServiceNow, or Confluence)
